John Grose is WMRC&D’s Program Support Specialist based in Mountain Lake Park and Cumberland, MD. He works with USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), landowners, and agricultural producers to implement conservation programs in Garrett and Allegany Counties. He is responsible for helping producers with eligibility, processing forms, maintaining records, and performing a variety of other office tasks as needed.
